The Queen's Rangers comprised a legion that fought throughout the war. After an ignoble beginning, they became one of the best trained loyalist forces under the strict guidance of British Major John Simcoe. The force consisted of line infantry, riflemen, light infantry, grenadiers, hussars, dragoons and even Highlanders, all in distinctive green jackets. |

We present an entire new series of miniatures, a mini army unto itself. You get the whole legion in a Queen's Rangers set designed for use with the "All the King's Men" wargame rules. The set includes 45 metal figures, 9 plastic horses and 2 flags:
-- Battalion men/Rifle infantry at the ready (12 soldiers + 2 command)
-- Grenadiers at the ready and Highlanders* advancing as a converged infantry unit (12 + 2)
-- Light Infantry skirmishers firing (6 + 2)
-- Queen's Hussars or Dragoons -- you choose (6 mounted troopers + 2 mounted command)
-- Major John Graves Simcoe, mounted*
-- King's Color, Regimental Color and 2 flagpoles
* Highlanders and Simcoe are exclusive to this set

Each set consists of all the figures you need to field a fighting force. That means each battle is actually inspiration for two Army in a Box playsets, one for each side of the conflict.
